- NON SMOKERS ONLY – we are a completely non-smoking office
- Meet and greet patients and handle inquiries.
- Obtain and record patient’s preliminary case history.
- Maintain records, schedules appointments, perform bookkeeping, correspondence, and filing.
- Prepare patients for vision examination; assist in testing for near and far acuity, depth perception, macula integrity, color perception, and visual field, utilizing ocular testing apparatus.
- Instruct patient in care and use contact lenses.
- Maintain inventory of materials and clean instruments and office.
- Accept messenger and courier deliveries.
- Perform other clerical duties such a word processing, compiling and recording data, maintaining files and inventories, operating office equipment, sorting mail, stuffing envelopes and proofreading.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
