I am looking for a part-time MOA for a solo office. This position requires an energetic, organized and conscientious individual who strives for excellence.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential; computer skills are required. MedAccess EMR is the current software being used.
Job responsibilities include: greeting patients, managing emails, scheduling appointments, making referrals, booking investigations, sterilizing instruments, ordering supplies, organizing vaccines, weighing patients (including babies),cleaning and stocking rooms.
Previous MOA experience would be an asset but I am willing to train the right individual for this position.
Hours : 3 days per week. Current schedule is Monday /Wednesday /Friday but there is flexibility. This is not a walk-in clinic.
We work in an allergen free environment, therefore no cats, fragrance or smokers (including marijuana).
