Seeking motivated individual for a private specialized oral medicine clinic. Employee will receive incoming calls/faxes/emails and schedule new/follow-up appointments as well as triage medical questions/inquiries.
Medical transcription of correspondence to other phsycians/dentists/legal entities also part of responsibilites.
Require post-secondary education perferably in a medical-related field.
Experience in a medical office setting preferred.

COVID-19 considerations:
Employee will remain mostly behind custom plexiglass. Our office complies with all COVID-mandated measures for safety in a dental/health care setting. Incoming patients are screened multiple times prior to arrival to office.
Experience:
- Medical Administration: 1 year (preferred)
