Drake International, an international recruitment firm is currently searching for a talented Permanent 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our London team. You will have the opportunity to build a lucrative career while making a positive impact on people’s lives.
Scope of the Role:
- Drive sales through daily contact with prospective & existing accounts for the purpose of developing new business, cross-selling and/or up-selling through cold calls, emails, lead follow up, Linkedin, networking and job boards
- Develop a robust candidate pipeline through networking, direct sourcing, referrals, database mining, referencing and job postings
- Pre-screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to understand their career objectives and skill sets
- Actively work job orders by qualifying and matching the best qualified candidates
- Prepare and present candidates to clients for career opportunities, managing the interview process with both client and candidate, complete reference/background checks, present and negotiate offers of employment and coordinate start dates
- Build and nurture relationships in order to be recognized as the recruitment company of choice and the leader in Customer and Contractor Satisfaction
- Continually work within our ATS system to ensure accuracy of all client/candidate files and all notes are up to date

- Compelled to exceed activity and production metrics and have a “do more” approach to your work
- Naturally able to match top talent to customer staffing needs and can quickly identify “purple squirrels”
- Drawn to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
- Exceptionally organized and able to balance changing priorities all the while getting the “to do” list done
