Responsibilities:
- Keep financial records and establish,
- maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Post journal entries
- Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports
- Prepare trial balance of books
- Reconcile accounts
- Prepare financial information for individuals, departments, or companies
- Prepare financial statements and reports, Provide financial, business and tax advice
- Recommend improvements to accounting systems and management practices
- Analyze financial documents and reports
- Prepare reports and audit findings
- Examine accounting records
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Bookkeeping, accounting, and finance.
- Experience of QuickBooks Online
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
