Dream is looking for a Manager, Total Rewards
We are always looking for the best and brightest to join our thriving community. Dream’s People + Culture team is currently looking for a Total Rewards Manager to partner with leaders and the People + Culture team to develop and introduce strategic development and implementation of the total rewards philosophy, strategy, policies, and processes. As the subject matter expert for the design, delivery and maintenance of policies, programs and plans related to job evaluation, base pay, variable pay, employee recognition and employee group benefits.

Over the past 5+ years you’ve worked in a fast-paced human resources department providing expert knowledge for all things total rewards; compensation, benefits, pension, disability management; job evaluations and workforce analytics.
You’ve proven that you are not afraid to think outside the box to find the best approach to achieve results. You are proactive, leading by example rather than sitting back. You consider the bigger picture when focusing on new initiatives and you thrive on driving improvement and efficiency.
Your understanding of providing great customer experience is apparent through your clear written and verbal communication skills. You are comfortable owning the total rewards programs, and it is important to us that you are team-oriented and that people like collaborating with you.
You’re someone who is eager to learn, work hard, and have fun. In other words, we want you to fit in here.
