We’re looking for a dynamic and high-performing Client Success Associate to join our growing team!
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Client Success, you will work closely with Drop’s clients and internal Sales, Data, and Product teams to operationalize and deliver against client and business needs. Specific examples of your work will include account management, sales support, and revenue forecasting.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who loves collaborating, understanding problems and owning the solution. If you thrive in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and understand building something from zero to one, this is for you.
