The HR Site Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources function including staffing, employee relations, training, compensation, performance, safety, payroll and benefits administration. This position will report to the Senior Accounting Manager and the Regional Human Resources Business Partner.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
- Ensure employees have all the necessary information and management of employee benefits including healthcare, life insurance, RSP, workers compensation, etc.
- Responsible for all aspects of Employee Labor relations.
- Responsible for Workers Comp and Leave Management.
- Responsible for hiring, discipline and maintenance of personnel and medical files.
- Responsible for the Training Plan, Motivation Plan, HR Recruitment Indicators, Talent Mapping, Recognition & Retention Programs, Compensation, Performance and other HR Programs.
- Trains all employees on HR, Safety, Orientation/Onboarding and other HR related subjects.
- Miscellaneous office duties as needed to support administrative requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR related field, preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources leadership role
- Strong employee relations and safety background
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
