Responsibilities include:
§ Assist with Scheduling, Construction Document production, coordination & review;
§ Perform site visits;
§ Manage CA documentation process ;
§ Coordinate CA documentation to support modifications to construction plans.
§ Prepare reports regarding job process & construction/detailing issues.
§ Assist in project close out documents
§ Assist in project administration tasks for projects in other stages of design, including assisting in preparing reports, presentations, and meetings.
Minimum Qualifications:
§ Graduate of a recognized technical college in building or architectural technology, construction administration, Building Engineering or Architectural degree-granting programme, or equivalent;
§ Minimum 5 years experience in Construction Administration or Architecture or Engineering office, and with institutional, commercial, industrial, and renovation projects, preferably in Nova Scotia or Maritime Provinces;
§ Excellence & understanding in a variety of construction systems & experience in on-site construction experience
§ Computer proficiency with MS Office Suite, ProCore (& other construction administration software), AutoCAD.
§ Strong organization, time mangement, and interpersonal skills are essential.
§ Candidate must be qualified to work full-time in Canada.
