Dunwell Fire Protection Services Inc. Looking for Bookkeeper at Pickering, Ontario, Canada Full Time

Looking for a talented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, making journal entries, and reconciling accounts.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Invoicing / Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
• Assist with the preparation of month-end and year-end financial reporting.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
• Assist with internal and external/internal audits.
• Assist with budget/forecasting.
• Inventory reporting and analysis
• Job costing/reporting
• Payroll
• Assisting with year end tax
• Assist with preparing and filing HST.
• GL account reconciliation and analysis.
• Other bookkeeping/finance related functions

Skills/Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• 3+ years’ experience as a bookkeeper or similar role
• Proficient in all components of Microsoft Office with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent Organizational, time management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion
• Flexibility and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
