Job Summary
The Administrator is responsible for administering and managing the employee testing paperwork. The administrator will also work closely with the testing team to ensure a smooth and efficient testing process.
Duties/Responsibilities
Administer and manage inbound/outbound employee paperwork.
Ensure all paperwork is logged and filed according to Corporate requirements
Ensure that the station level safety files are maintained to the requirements of the HSE Manager
Assist with maintaining hard and electronic filing systems as required by corporate rules and governance
Maintain strict confidentiality in relation to employee information
Maintain an open and clear communication with all managers and field employees should assistance be required
Perform other duties and projects as directed by the Manager
Employees Safety Responsibilities
Be familiar with, and work in accordance with health and safety legislation and company policies and procedures
Take reasonable care to use safety and personal protective equipment as required by health and safety legislation and company policies and procedures
Immediately report any incident or condition believed to be hazardous to worker?s health or safety to HSE Integrated supervision and management
Refuse the work if danger is imminent or not controlled
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or an acceptable combination of education and experience
1 ? 2 years of direct work experience in a administrative capacity
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to maintain filing systems and basic databases
Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team
Strong customer service orientation
