This role is 100% remote, with benefits, and training time is paid.
Working hours: Tuesday To Friday, available shifts (in PM EST) : 1 to 9 , 2 to 10, 3 to 11, and Saturdays 9 to 5 EST
Job Description:
The Tele-Interviewer will be calling insurance applicants to complete lifestyle and medical history questionnaires on behalf of Insurance companies. This is a call center role requiring excellent customer service. This is a full-time role with various shifts available.
Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed questionnaires over the phone with clients of insurance providers.
Provide excellent customer service exhibiting professionalism, empathy, and politeness.
Must have:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
Technical skills – demonstrated proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook at an intermediate level
60wpm typing speed with accuracy
Great telephone manner and ability to speak and document simultaneously
High level of interpersonal skills required to succeed in a collaborative working environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to self-manage and prioritize in a results-driven and time-sensitive function
Demonstrated Customer Centric approach and puts the customer first on all decisions
Proven problem-solving skills
Nice to have:
Post-secondary education in a relevant field (e.g. Health Sciences) or work experience in a similar field is an asset
Other languages (other than English) an asset
Working knowledge of medical terminology an asset
Experience in a medical work environment an asset
