Working closely with the Talent Management Business Partner, assist in high volume based full-cycle recruitment initiatives for openings across the organization including: Posting design and management, sourcing and screening candidates, facilitating references, completing recommendation of hire
Create letter of offers and facilitiate the documentation needed from new hires
Facilitate and be the ambassodor in onboarding sessions for new employees. Co-ordinate the pre-commencment and corparte orienation by booking in new employees attendance, inviting presenters
Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and outreach efforts to schools to promote DynaLIFE and source talent.

Required Experience
1-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience is required.
Recruitment experience in the healthcare industry an asset.
Recruitment experience within a unionized environment is required.
Working knowledge of Silkroad, Avanti or other HRIS systems.
Minimum Qualifications
Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources or related field, or an appropriate combination of education and experience.
CHRP and/or RPR an asset.
Thorough knowledge of employment and related legislation and human resources practices related to workforce planning.
Other Information
Minimal travel required.
