DynaLIFE Looking for Talent Management Specialist at Calgary, AB Full Time

The Human Resources department at DynaLIFEDx is a dynamic team that supports the organization in the areas of Labour Relations, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Disability Management, and Payroll & Benefits.

Major Functions and Responsibilities

• Manage high volume unionized recruitment initiatives including:
  • posting design and management
  • screening candidates
  • completing recommendation of hire
  • creation of offer letters
• Facilitate and be the ambassador in onboarding sessions for new employees
• Provide guidance on application and interpretation of the collective agreements

• Strong organizational skills with an ability to effectively prioritize multi-tasks and provide accurate and timely information in an ever changing work environment.

• Ability to read and interpret rules, regulations, laws, and contractual provisions.
• Good critical thinking, judgement, decision making and problem solving skills.

Required Experience

Required Experience

• 1-3 years of recruitment experience is required
• Recruitment experience within a unionized environment is required.
• Experience performing recruitment functions in the healthcare industry an asset.
• Working knowledge of Silkroad, Avanti or other HRIS systems is an asset.

Minimum Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources or related field, or an appropriate combination of education and experience.
• CHRP and/or RPR an asset.
• Thorough knowledge of employment and related legislation and human resources practices.

• Minimal travel required.
