Role Summary:
The Performance Manager is a positive and energetic account manager, and salesperson, that loves the automotive business. This role is directly responsible for working within defined territories and supports the field team in that territory. This person will spend time piecing auction deals together, calling customers to build and develop relationships, signing up new dealers and providing general sales support to the sales team. Our ideal candidate is based out of Saskatchewan but this role is remote so if you have the automotive and account management experience, we’d love to talk to you about it!
What You Will Do:
To build, enhance and nurture customer relationships to secure customer loyalty and increase business
Actively working the phones to increase awareness of our product with our customer base
Signing up new dealers and training on EBlock app and website
Working in a team environment with your dedicated outside sales team.
Resolve customer issues and complaints by taking immediate action independently or referring customer to appropriate manager
Persuasively explains to customers and prospective customers how the company’s products and services can reduce customer’s costs and enhance their business
Provides customer training as required.
Negotiate auction deals between buyer and seller
Keeps up to date with information about product and service innovations, changing needs of customers, market conditions and competitors and adjusts sales strategy accordingly
Analyzes sales data and works closely with our Sales Ops team to optimize processes
What You Will Need:
Two or more years’ experience in the automotive industry
Effective self-motivation and self-starting skills with a focus on customer service
Experience in the car auction/auto industry business an asset
Strong customer service skills and telephone manner
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to work with a high sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Organized with the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
Excellent administration skills
Flexible and able to adapt to change quickly
Able to follow instructions and work using your own initiative
