Our company needs Remote Administrative Data Entry Clerks who have strong organizational and time management skills to join our team. Your presence will not be required at our offices as your role will be strictly remote. All successful candidates will be responsible for providing remote administrative assistance and support to our team of executives and managers.

Responsibilities
Handle data entry tasks within specified timeframes
Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Ensure a high level of accuracy when entering data, double-checking for errors and omissions to maintain data integrity.
Information Verification: Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entered by cross-referencing with source documents or other available records.
Regularly update and maintain existing data by making necessary edits, corrections, and additions as required.
File Organization: Organize and maintain electronic files and physical documents to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of data entry activities, including the date, time, and specific actions taken for audit and reference purposes.
Requirements
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Knowledge of office equipment and procedures
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
