The Administrative Data Entry Clerk will work remotely with our team to collect, analyze and input Data into our online systems and Social Media platforms. Responsibilities
Handle data entry tasks within specified timeframes
Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Ensure a high level of accuracy when entering data, double-checking for errors and omissions to maintain data integrity.
Information Verification: Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entered by cross-referencing with source documents or other available records.
Regularly update and maintain existing data by making necessary edits, corrections, and additions as required.
File Organization: Organize and maintain electronic files and physical documents to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of data entry activities, including the date, time, and specific actions taken for audit and reference purposes.
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot and correct errors effectively.
Self-discipline and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage remote data entry tasks efficiently.
Basic data analysis skills and the ability to interpret and process data effectively.
