Eartheasy Distribution is growing and needs a talented individual to help make it happen. If you’re interested in outdoor recreation, this may be the job for you.

Eartheasy Ltd consists of three divisions: Content publishing, online retail, and wholesale distribution. Since 2000, Eartheasy.com has been publishing content on sustainable living to a global audience. Our online store offers products for sustainable living predominantly to the American market. The wholesale division, Eartheasydistribution.com supplies products to retail stores in the USA and Canadian Sports and Outdoors market, and this is the division the successful applicant will be working in.

The products you will be selling include sports, outdoors, and travel products. We’re a team of high performers, so your contribution and performance is vital to the company.

After covid, we’ve moved to a work-from-home approach, however we still have an office in Vancouver if you’d like to work from an office.

PURPOSE:

· Increase sales by calling or emailing new or existing accounts.

· Achieve assigned sales and margin goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Build and execute the sales plan.

· Achieve sales targets for specific brands

· Identify the key accounts that will drive your business and work with them to grow sales

· Lead the team in planning and executing the on-going management of wholesale brands.

· Closely monitor account sell-through data from key accounts and provide regular updates to internal staff

· Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure shipments are placed and shipped properly.

· Provide our retailers with courteous, timely service.

· Run our tradeshow booth in the US a few times annually.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· At least 3 years experience in B2B sales.

· Experience and confidence to engage with senior buyers.

· Strong industry knowledge across the sports and outdoors markets
