Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance department, overseeing financial operations, planning, analysis, and risk management.
• Develop and execute financial strategies that align with our client’s business objectives, facilitating sustainable growth.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment with long-term goals.
• Direct the preparation and review of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and reports for board members and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the executive leadership team to define and implement financial best practices, policies, and procedures across the organization.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to optimize performance and mitigate risks.
• Oversee the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and standards, adapting policies as necessary to meet regional requirements.
• Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors, ensuring all financial operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior finance role, such as Director of Finance, Senior Finance Manager, or similar positions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
• Strong foundation in financial management practices, strategic planning, and business analytics.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a remote finance team.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of improving financial outcomes.
• Experience in developing financial strategies, managing budgets, and preparing financial statements.
• Familiarity with international financial regulations and the ability to navigate complex financial landscapes.
• Proficient in financial software and systems, with a capacity to adapt quickly to new technologies.
