Valencia Theater Seating has grown in leaps and bounds in the last 2 years and sales have grown exponentially since our inception. We use a combination of google, social media and YouTube marketing. We want to continue to push our marketing strategy to new horizons and looking for talented individuals for our team.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Inside Sales Associate
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Basic Math skills
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Track record of over-achieving sales quota
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
- Availability to work flexible shifts.
Salary structure: Base + Commission
$35,000-$40,000 (Base)
$30,000-$60,000 (Commission)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
