This external-facing role will focus on helping our managers and team scale go through interviews, screen candidates, help onboard them, and ensure they successfully integrate into the Ecoation Community and represent our Values.

In this role, you will:
Actively building a pipeline of interested candidates and matching them with job postings
Active recruiting and maintaining job postings
Interviewing candidates and coordinating technical interviews with hiring managers
Onboarding new employees, forming and maintaining employee records
Updating databases internally and maintaining HR tools and platforms
Preparing HR documents, contracts, and other materials.
Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR-related queries
Work with senior HR management and provide HR metrics
Assist in payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information such as holidays and sick day
Communicating with external partners such as granting agencies and insurance/benefit companies
Skills & Experience
Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related discipline
3+ years of professional experience as a Recruiter, including building recruitment strategies involving effective sourcing, recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives
Proven experience and knowledge in technical recruitment, such as engineering and science
Experience working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments with high volume recruitment
Applied experience using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Proven track record of sourcing, generating and converting leads to candidates
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Management System
