Responsibilities:
Meeting time expectations for processing freight and product transfers
Supporting prioritization and product flow activities to achieve sales and customer experience objectives
Helping to maintain the store’s product presentation standards, visual objectives, and floorset direction by folding and hanging merchandise, assisting with floorset changes and stocking replenishment
Processing merchandise transfers, consolidations and correct disposition of customer returns
Assisting with organizing and preparing for store inventories and participating in store inventory counts
Ensuring all merchandise has SKU tickets to identify styles and appropriate pricing
Utilizing the best method of storage, identification, and stock location, considering height and weight limits, turnover, stock room capacities, and required space; assisting with keeping the stock room clean and organized
Demonstrating a passion for the product, the brand and the customer; demonstrating the Eddie Bauer Creed and Guarantee consistently with internal and external customers
Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of Eddie Bauer merchandise; using product knowledge in relevant and creative ways to meet the customer’s needs
Maintaining awareness and follow Eddie Bauer policy and procedures as they relate to loss prevention and safety; contacting store management should a loss prevention situation arise
Driving towards meeting or exceeding personal/team goals and measures
Assisting with Sales Guide responsibilities and other assigned duties as needed
Qualifications:
1 year related retail and customer service experience; specialty retail preferred
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays when needed
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
