Ed’s Real Scoop is a business dedicated to providing customers with a positive and heartwarming experience through our product and our customer service. The business opened 22 years ago (in 2000) and has been growing ever since and still maintaining small “family store” values. As we are looking to train an individual to fill a role of Shift Manager, eventual responsibilities will include;
- Upholding our high standard of customer service and ensuring the staff on the shift do as well
- Being responsible for the staff during their shift
- Ensuring there is a positive team attitude on every shift
- Scooping ice cream, making milkshakes, sundaes, as well as our many other offered products
- Counting and balancing the cash
- Being a responsible key holder
- Making products such as cakes, sauces, cookies
- Opening and closing the store
- Assisting with schedule making and hiring

Experience:
- Customer Support & Client Services Managers: 1 year (preferred)
- Food service: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)
