Job Summary
The Assistant Manager (Academic – Chinese Language) is a key member in the company’s management team in-charge of all programme’s coordinated by Academic Coordinators for Chinese Language classes.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and align the overall planning of learning requirements to meet the company’s strategic needs.
Supervise a team of Academic Coordinators staff to ensure smooth materials preparation is done.
Coordinating with HR to ensure effective manpower planning and deployment of staff under the Academic Department – including recruitment, training, mentoring and performance appraisal.
Develop and implement SOPs to ensure effective materials preparation, keeping of tutors records and performance.
Work hand in hand with the main in-charges of our school holiday workshops.
Oversee and review the implementation of safety management measures and overall security of our centres.
Actively participate in business projects or company events as a team leader or as a team member.
Qualifications
Degree/Diploma/PGDE in Education (NIE/NTU)
Passionate university graduates with no NIE qualifications and relevant experiences are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
