Position Overview:

Eggdemy is seeking a highly motivated and talented Senior Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts, encompassing marketing campaign management, social media management and promotion, and event planning and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Campaign Management: Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote our career consulting services. Develop strategies, define objectives, create compelling content, and measure the success of campaigns.
• Social Media Management and Promotion: Manage our social media presence on various platforms, typically RED (小红书), WeChat, and LinkedIn. Create engaging and relevant content, interact with our audience, and utilize social media for brand promotion and engagement.
• Event Planning and Implementation: Plan and execute events, both online and on-site, related to career development and consulting. This includes event ideation, logistics, promotion, and post-event assessment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimal 3 years of proven experience in marketing campaign management, social media management, and event planning in Canada
• Strong content writing and creative skills, both English and Chinese simplified.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and marketing tools, RED, WeChat, LinkedIn, and basic marketing data analytics skills via, such as MS Excel.

Hiring Process:

• 1st Round – Pre-Screening with HR: Our HR team will conduct an initial pre-screening interview to assess your overall fit for the role and organization.
• 2nd Round – Interview with Hiring Manager: In the second round, you will meet with the hiring manager. This interview will focus on your relevant experience and involve skills evaluation related to the key responsibilities of the role.
• Final Round – Skills Assessment: The third round will involve multiple real case studies and role plays that test your skills in marketing campaign management, social media, and event planning. Following this, you will be asked to deliver an in-person presentation based on your assessment of the case study.
