About the role:
As a Senior Application Support Analyst at eHealth Saskatchewan, you will support a number of back-office applications that support financial and human resources services and part of the AIMS legacy remediation team within the Citizen and Partnership Program.
The successful incumbent will be required to develop and maintain support documentation as well as research and analyze issues with existing applications and transactions, and influence implementation plans for upgrades, new releases, and patches. Responsibilities will include participating incident, service request and change management support. Additionally, you will monitor production technology systems to ensure optimal performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Technical documentation and understanding of architecture are essential for this role. The successful candidate will have a passion for patient care and be committed to delivering high-quality solutions.
You will have demonstrated working knowledge of:
The knowledge and skills required for this position would be attained through the completion of a degree in computer science or related area of study, along with 5 years of experience working as an Application Support Analyst, or similar role, within an integrated support environment.
