Elastify is looking to hire a Technical Recruiter in an entry-level role.

· We’re looking for someone who is a quick learner, extremely competitive, and interested in a role that includes commission along with a base salary.

· If you’re unfamiliar with agency-style recruitment, it requires a similar skillset and mindset to sales roles.

· No IT or Technical background is required

This role can lead down two career paths within 1-2 years: Senior Recruitment roles, Account Management roles.

Technical Recruiter

We are actively looking to onboard an IT Recruiter to join the team. This individual will join the delivery team at Elastify and have the opportunity to help shape the direction of the company and be a key contributor for its next phase of growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for placing both contract and full-time resources with our clients.

Job Responsibilities

· Manage all aspects of Elastify’s recruitment: from sourcing, drafting, negotiating, interviewing candidates, evaluating resumes, placing candidates with our clients

· Partnering with the Elastify account management team to provide a shortlist of qualified potential hires for our clients

· Source and contact passive candidates online and pipelining potential IT candidates

· Build out an ATS for Elastify

· Attend daily meetings with the team

· Sit in on client meetings

Qualifications

· Post-secondary Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Communication and or Sales or equivalent education and experience OR a graduate of a technical college

· Proven ability to work in a sales and or a high volume environment

· Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills to successfully interface with clients and candidates

· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume and tight deadlines

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing key activities

· Able to learn and follow proven standards and processes, with a focus on negotiation

· Has determination, grit and a proven ability to go the extra mile

· Proven ability to work positively within a team environment

· Competitive compensation plan ($50k base salary + Commission)

· Prime location in downtown Toronto – 47 Colborne Street – (Hybrid – 2-3 days a week)
