As a Customer Service representative you will be responsible for managing all daily customer service activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enter and expedite orders
- Research product for customers and provide recommendations on our diverse assortment of products
- Drive sales growth through , product promotion, generate leads thru phone calls, emails or in person sales calls
- manage projects
- required to stay current on new products and take part in regular training sessions
- Navigate and find solutions for customer concerns
What we are looking from you:
- Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent; College Diploma, University Degree, or Electrical/Technologist trade experience an asset
- Positive attitude and results oriented mindset
- Possess a strong work ethic and a high standard of integrity
- Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
- Outstanding customer service and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with computers with a strong attention to detail
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
