You as a Electrician will:
Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, replace and install any component of the hospital’s electrical systems (up to 600 volt), including but not limited to wiring, cabling, conduit, transformers, circuit breakers, fuses, electrical disconnects, light fixtures, VFDs, soft starters, heat tracing, motors, motor starters, sensors, control panels, different elements of the emergency power systems, UPS systems, components of the fire alarm systems, access control systems, CCTV systems, etc. throughout the hospital, outdoors and indoors including patient rooms and treatment areas. Performs an effective preventive maintenance program and maintains all aforementioned systems in good working condition.
Is this the right role for you?
Licensed Maintenance Electrician
Certified Fire Alarm System Technician preferred, or willing and able to acquire
Excellent knowledge of the electrical safety code and building codes.
Minimum 5 years’ experience as an electrician in a maintenance environment preferred.
