Job Description:

Who are we looking for?

A senior DOC1/EngageOne developer to work in development & production support environment for a client in Canada.

Primary Skills:

• DOC1/EngageOne
• Knowledge on other CCM products would be an added advantage.
• Good to have knowledge on migration projects from DOC1 to EngageOne or to similar CCM Products.

Technical Skills:

• 5 to 10 years of work experience in CCM using DOC1/EngageOne.
• Create Forms Development/Design by applying best practices and perform Unit testing
• Able to handle Batch, On-Demand, and Interactive communications.
• Should possess good knowledge on Print, PDF, HTML outputs.
• Identifies design improvements, increase re-use, reduce redundant code.
• Automation of Code promotion, Error Reporting.
• Understand Print jobs, Scheduling, reporting, in Print processes.
• Experience of Integration with delivery systems like Email/Print/Web and upstream applications like Guidewire, Policy Administration systems, etc.
• Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
• Develops and maintains the business knowledge necessary to gain an understanding of the customer area.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong track record of developing technical and business solutions
• Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and effectively handle changing priorities and deadlines.
• Good Communication skills.
