Job Description Empire Acoustics is accepting applications for a Project Coordinator. We are looking for an upbeat individual who is looking to grow their skills in a fast paced and detail oriented field.
Requirements
- Basic math and typing skills.
- Organizational ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite and Pro Core
Responsibilities
- Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information
- Ordering Material
- Daily Roles Calls
- Creating Job logs for RFIs
- Updating Project Management Sheets
- Assisting in Estimating and Scheduling.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
This position has the opportunity to grow into a further career in Project Management for the right candidate.
