Empire Acoustics is accepting applications for a Project Coordinator. We are looking for an upbeat individual who is looking to grow their skills in a fast paced and detail oriented field.

Requirements

• Basic math and typing skills.
• Organizational ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite and Pro Core

Responsibilities

• Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information
• Ordering Material
• Daily Roles Calls
• Creating Job logs for RFIs
• Updating Project Management Sheets
• Assisting in Estimating and Scheduling.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Update calendars and schedule meetings

This position has the opportunity to grow into a further career in Project Management for the right candidate.
