Rolls + Responsibilities:
- Shadow our top performing rep
- Maintain personal pipeline and achieve sales goals
- Work with ownership to develop a sales process
- Hire + train + top grade + manage a team of 2 – 6 other sales reps
- Ensure yourself and the team is properly responding to Empie generated leads
- Ensure yourself and the team is consistently generating their own leads
- Leadership Team member
- Hold sales teams accountable
- Oversee CRM Utilization
- Conduct Sales Team meetings, trainings
- Hold weekly pipeline reviews with each teammate
- Develop and manage sales plan
- Manage detailed sales expectations and plan accordingly
- Monitor customer activity
- Create sales reports
- Communicate and foster relationships with clients
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience (at least 2 years) in a sales leadership role
- Adaptable – this is a new role in a growing company
- Strong understanding of the sales & recruiting process
- Ability to problem solve personnel and customer issues
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong critical thinking skills
- A self-driven approach to work
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to be insured on the company insurance policy
Benefits:
- $70,000.00 /yr guaranteed comp + Allowances ( Cell + Vehicle) + Fully Family Benefits + Bonus & Incentives
- Year One Comp target $110,000-$130,000
- Year 2 $140-170
- Year 3 $150-200
Hours:
- 50 -65 hrs/ week during 6 month peak season
- 20-35 hrs/ week during slower season
- Evening + weekends to conduct appointments
Experience:
- 5 years direct to home owner sales experiences
- 2 years in home sales experience
- 2 years sales management experience

Salary: $100,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
