TruStone Investment Administrator
Location: In-Office, Mississauga
TruStone is looking to hire an Investment Administrator to join our TruStone Financial team!
Reporting to the Investment Manager, the Investment Administrator provides optimal support to clients with their investment inforce and new business processing.

What you’ll be working on
- Processing of investment transactions
- Correspondence via email and phone calls
- Effectively resolve any issues which pertain to investment transactions
- Build effective relationships with clients acting as a consistent point of contact throughout the investment administration process
- Reconciliation of back-office database daily and monthly
- Keep up to date on new directives for compliance updates
- Perform other related activities and participate in ad hoc projects, as necessary or as assigned
What we’re looking for you to have
- College Diploma, University degree or equivalent experience
- Working towards Branch Manager License (BME), IFC, or CIFC, would be an asset
- Minimum two (2) years in the financial services industry
- Knowledge of insurance industry is an asset
- System expertise – Wealthserv, SharePoint, Microsoft suite
- Strong conflict management skills and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and balance multiple tasks or projects
- Ability to research, analyze, evaluate, integrate ideas and problem solve
