Answering customer calls and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Shipment tracking and tracing, data entry.
Preparing documents for pick up and deliveries following set procedures.
Communicating with warehouse staff regularly regarding shipments availability.
Handling imports and export files by gathering billing info needed to process invoices.
Provide back up support for other Customer Service Representatives.
Requirements
Assisting with other objectives as required.

Detail oriented, good audit skills and ability to pro-actively identify exceptions.
Attention to detail, including accurate and efficient key boarding skills.
Ability to communicate in a clear, effective, and respectful manner.
Strong resolution skills while processing high volume of emails.
Excellent customer service skills, and a good team player.
Proactive in addressing inquiries and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Multi-tasking efficiently and effectively with minimum supervision.
Efficient in keyboarding and Microsoft Office (Excel / Word/ outlook).
