We are recruiting for a permanent full-time People and Culture Employee Experience position. This role provides a wide range of people and culture related functions, including but not limited to recruitment, training, onboarding, health and safety, and pandemic screening. The position is responsible for supporting a full-cycle recruitment of front line employees in Barrie and Orillia. It is also the point of contact for employees regarding Covid-19 absences and is responsible for utilizing Empower Simcoe Covid-19 screening tools to determined employee access to the workplace and length of absences. This position provides support to the People and Culture Department as needed.
