What will you do?
- Maintain accurate financial records, including income and expenses.
- Input financial data into accounting software with a focus on accuracy.
- Resolve data entry issues and respond to inquiries.
- Prepare reports for accounting and operations.
- Verify purchase orders and handle vendor invoices.
- Review and confirm the accuracy of employee reimbursement expenses.
- Coordinate with vendors on invoicing and payments.
- Collect and analyze data using Excel.
- Maintain confidentiality in documentation.
- Handle corporate promotional products and order printed materials.
- Assist with various administrative duties and special projects as needed
What will you bring?
- 2+ years of related administrative experience
- Proven Bookkeeping skills and knowledge
- Strong organizational and time management skills in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) & Outlook
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourcefulness, sound judgment, and problem-solving ability
- Proactive planning for upcoming issues on behalf of senior management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Adaptability to changing work priorities
- Maintain discretion with sensitive financial information
