We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our team Back Office Process. The primary goal of this position is being accountable for maintenance, development and training of Customer Care back office processes.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain Customer Care process documentation for back office functions
• Develop and implement end user communications to support process changes
• Prepare and deliver training materials pertaining to changes in processes, policies and procedures
• Liaise with back office teams, contact centres and external departments with respect to the development and implementation of consistent repeatable processes.
• Support implementation of Customer Care systems and related process changes
• Provide process expertise and formulate recommendations for improvements of back office processes to improve efficiency.
• Interpret internal and external business issues and recommend standard processes to mitigate impacts. This includes recommendations for communication/training to end users.
• This role is accountable for ensuring all back office processes are up to date and accurate.
• Accountable for development and implementation of training curriculum/communications related to back office processes and process changes

Who Are You

• Post Secondary education in Communications, Business or Information Technology, or 3+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and time management skills.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to successfully co-ordinate team activities to get results and meet timelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to collaborate with domain experts to provide innovative solutions
• Good interpersonal skills to ensure effective management of relationships with all business groups

Preferred

• Customer Care billing or contact centre operations experience.
• Experience in SAP
• Knowledge of affiliate relationship code, gas marketers code, and other regulatory requirements which govern the activities of the Company
• Ability and willingness to grow, develop and evolve skills suitable for other opportunities within Customer Care.

Working Conditions (Optional)

• Regular travel to the customer care centres within Ontario will be required.
