Endo International Looking for Operations Coordinator at Canada Full Time

Position Summary

The operations coordinator is responsible for coordinating the operational activities to ensure all relevant databases are kept up to date in accordance with SOPs. This includes database maintenance, monitoring of error messages and maintenance of Master Data. They will also generate weekly reports, help with order entry, and maintain the CRM system for the customer service department.

Director, Supply Chain

Specific Responsibilities

• Prepare and send customer notices.

• Maintain customer contact list.

• Log errors in 3PL CRM System and order entry in SAP.

• Create new product and promotional codes.

• Input monthly forecast files and product allocations.

• Generate sales vs. forecast reports in SAP.

• Send out agenda and minutes for monthly Marketing and Operations meeting.

• Ensure database is up to date for all changes relating to UPCs, packaging configurations (shrink sizes, case dimensions etc.)

• Assist the purchasing team with procurement activities (generate orders in SAP, prepare purchasing plans).

Candidate Profile

Required

• College diploma in Administration or relevant field

• 3-4 years’ experience in customer service, administrative or similar field

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written, in French and English.

Asset

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Knowledge of SAP (APO, R/3, BI)
