Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the HSM is responsible for launching new products while continuing to support established products into the Canadian Hospitals, Centers of Excellence and select Private Clinics in the assigned territory. They must be comfortable interacting with medical specialists in several therapeutic areas. They are cognizant about the IMC code of conduct, has experience with high ethical standards and within general pharmaceutical compliance regulations. They are self-starter and demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial attitude in order to improve patient care. Finally, they work collaboratively with multiple internal stakeholders, which requires the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
