Airswift is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Analyst to join one of our major energy oil & gas clients in Downtown Calgary, AB. This is an initial 1-year contract with a huge possibility to be converted into an employee position. The client is seeking an entry-level dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Analyst to join their team. Initially, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely data entry activities. After getting more autonomy in this role, will be accountable for maintaining a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. The Customer Service Analyst will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining precise records.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry:
- Accurately enter and update customer information and interactions in the database.
- Ensure timely and error-free data input to maintain the integrity of customer records.
Customer Service
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Address customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers.
Quality Assurance
- Conduct regular reviews of customer data to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with team members to implement corrective actions and improve data accuracy.
Documentation
- Create and maintain detailed and organized documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Generate reports and summaries as needed for analysis and reporting purposes.
Collaboration
- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve customer service processes and data management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or data management is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle challenging customer situations with tact and empathy.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours/week.
