Reporting to the Chief of Manufacturing Engineering & Continuous Improvement, the Mechanical Engineer is responsible for planning, managing, and successfully executing technical projects within the domain of the Iberville plant (700 Avenue Thomas, St-Jean-sur-Richelieu) of the ELIP division for Microlectric/Cable Tray/Super Strut/Joslyn product lines. They contribute to the factory’s efficiency growth objectives through the integration of process optimization and manufacturing process projects while incorporating Lean concepts, all while adhering to quality and safety standards. Additionally, the engineer assists in identifying innovative solutions for our challenges related to worker safety and product quality.
