EnergyPal Looking for Distributed Call Center Manager at Ontario Full Time

This is a remote position.

• Extensive EnergyPal University Training in Solar Energy, Lead Qualification, and Customer Service. You will start with a comprehensive 1-week training program, followed by regular training from the executive team.
• Leads from credible digital sources with an interest in learning about solar energy and home improvement. No cold calling is done at EnergyPal.
• Access to our proprietary CRM platform to improve the team’s efficiency and help achieve greater results.

• Manage a team of direct reports by target-setting, providing supervision, coaching, delivering feedback and developing skills to ensure key performance indicators, productivity and service level expectations are met.
• Evaluate employee performance and identify and set goals for training and development opportunities.
• Support customer qualification queues when necessary
• Conduct employee briefings and meetings and report up to company executives.
• Schedule employee shifts and enforce compliance policies and procedures.
• Understand EnergyPal’s value proposition, procedures and guidelines and communicate the same to all team members.

• Assess and make recommendations to improve operational efficiency and streamline workflow

Requirements

• Team player willing to work hard for a rewarding career in the booming clean energy/solar industry
• 3-years call center/customer service management experience
• Remote team management experience a plus
• Self-starter, motivated, organized, and comfortable driving teams remotely.
• Strong verbal communication and on-phone etiquette
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Proficient computer skills, use of CRM and telephony software
• College or University educated
