Job Summary:
Reporting to the Manager of Contracts Administration, this role is an integral part of the Sales & Marketing Team. The Administrator will provide general administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team as well as act as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software Administrator and Administrative Assistant.
Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
General Administration
- Provide administrative support to the EDI and EWS sales team
- Order stationary and printed material as required
- Complete monthly & weekly data reports, as required
- Maintain and update the sales and marketing team activity calendar
- Other duties as assigned
Customer Relationship Management Administrator
- Administer Ensign Customer Relationship Management software
- Ensure data is entered accurately across Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities
- Ensure data is up-to-date, in real-time
- Identify and correct data errors entered by users in Prospectus
- Maintain and update on a daily basis
- CRM is a key focus to this position
Administrative Assistant
- Assist the Manager of Contracts and members of the Sales Team with documentation pertaining to administration and sales and marketing procedures more generally;
- Maintainenance of Sales and Contract files
- Create and distribute contract well cards as required

Education and Experience:
Minimum of 3 years related experience
Post-secondary education is an asset
Experience in the oil and gas industry is an asset
