Our company, a logistic management, distribution and warehousing enterprise is expanding and requires an additional talent to join the Logistics CSR team and contribute to the on-going success of their operation. We are looking for a knowledgeable Warehouse Customer Service role.
Under the direction of the Logistics Director and with efficiency and customer service a priority, the Customer Service Coordinator acts as the liaison between the customer and the transportation company. Acts as first point of contact for the customer and resolves any problems or concerns with the receiving and storing, moving and shipping of supplies, stock and materials to and/or from the warehouse. Projects a positive and professional image at all times, assisting customers promptly and conducting all business in a friendly, courteous and knowledgeable manner. The designated employee, among other assigned responsibilities, will perform the following principal tasks:
