We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team to work on exciting projects in the areas of Branding, Creative Design, Digital, Interactive, Advertising and Sales initiatives. This role requires at least 5-6 years of past experience. We are a boutique agency working on big projects and our team works in a collaborative environment to create dynamic and innovative marketing solutions.
The ideal candidate must posses a keen eye for high design standards, as well as the ability, communicate complex and sensitive business matters to team leaders.
Qualifications:
- Excellent presentation skills and comfortable speaking in client/project meetings
- Brand development and campaign planning experience
- Research, organize and implement effective marketing strategies
- Project scoping and the ability to articulate design intent
- Organized and process driven
- Knowledgeable with branding and design processes
- Understands resource allocation
- Experience preparing proposals and estimates
Key Computer Skill Must-haves
- Fast with XL, Word & Powerpoint (Mac equal, Numbers, Pages, Keynote is fine also)
- Fast Operating System manoeuvrability (Mac/PC)
- knowledge of Adobe products such as InDesign and Photoshop is preferred
- proper knowledge of outlook/Mail related programs
- proper knowledge of calendar/ical use
- proper knowledge of how emails/www/internet works
- Hubspot or marketing automation experience is a plus.
Key Soft Skill Must-Haves
- Superb written communication skills with clear articulation capabilities
- Superb verbal communication skills
- Time management with the ability to oversee time
- Capable of aligning with the vision and goals at all times
