Pay rate: $14.42 per hour during training and followed by a performance Bonus where you can earn up to $1.08 extra per hour after training period

Job Description:

The Batch start date is 7th March 2022.

Training Time: (9:00 to 5:00 PM ADT- Monday to Friday)

Operational Hours – 9:30 AM to 12:00 AM ADT– 7days a week, Full time hours

We are looking for fulltime associates to support our client.

• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work with multiple computer programs operating simultaneously, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to type a minimum of 30 words per minute.

Responsibilities:

• Take Inbound Calls
• Answer incoming calls from customers who need assistance placing orders who are seeking information or who have service related inquiries.
• Utilize appropriate sales techniques to build good customer relationships and enhance the buying experience for the customer.
• Provide assistance when clients are ordering furniture or appliances.
• Set appropriate expectations for the customer and exceed customer commitments.
• Follow-up on issues for customers until resolution is reached.
