Our client is seeking a talented Accounts Payable clerk to join their cohesive team! Responsibilities:
- Verify and process invoices and general ledger entries.
- Process employee and client expenses.
- Resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner and ensure compliance with corporate policies and tax regulations.
- Run financial reports and data entry.
- Reconcile credit card statements and review GST transactions.
- Provide support to the Accounting team as required.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of Accounts Payable experience is required; experience in full-cycle Accounting would be an asset.
- Post Secondary education in accounting or similar would be considered a strong asset.
- Confident in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and well with a team.
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills, ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
