Accounts Payable Clerk (Temporary Assignments)
Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team for temporary assignments in downtown Calgary. The location is transit-accessible with comfortable day shifts from Monday to Friday on a full-time basis. Responsibilities:
- Data entry and filing
- Sort, verify, and process invoices accurately and promptly
- Reconcile invoices and assist with month-end responsibility as required
- Other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in Accounts Payable and managing invoices is preferred
- Post-secondary diploma/certificate in accounting would be considered a strong asset
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate level experience in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Must have a strong work ethic and be highly motivated and proactive
