Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to various departments
- Recording and transcribing meeting minutes
- Setting up virtual meetings using Microsoft Teams
- Mail and stationary supply distribution
- Respond to inquiries in a timely and concise manner
- Front office/ reception coverage may be required
- Other administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in an office environment; working in an administrative capacity would be considered an asset
- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
- Previous experience transcribing meeting minutes
- High attention to detail is required
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate-level skills in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to multi-task and pivot quickly as priorities shift
- Must be available to start immediately
